Highly effective PLC practices are built on the foundation of high-functioning collaborative teams. These teams recognize that each team member brings different perspectives to the table. This session focuses on the dynamics of collaborative teams, understanding those dynamics, and various tools available to assess stages of development. Objectives include: 1) Defining characteristics of high-performing teams, 2) Protocols to build understanding of team members, 3) Exploring tools to assess a team’s efficacy.
